Free Introductory Consultation
15 minutes - video/call

Something brought you here to search out answers. You may lack energy, experience brain fog, live with constant pain, or are struggling to maintain a healthy weight. Whatever the reason, I believe together we can address your health concerns by looking beyond the symptoms and into the root cause.

Your symptoms are not the end point, they are messengers that tell us what is out of balance in your body.

Food choices play a huge role in your well being. My role is to make these choices simple, with the long term goal of greater health and happiness.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory consultation to discuss your health concerns. During this discussion we will review your goals and determine how we can work as a team to help you achieve those goals. After mutual agreement we will proceed to the initial consultation.

Initial Consultation
90 minutes
Video call

In order to meet the health goals we explored in your introductory consultation, I will need to gain a greater understanding of your history. This will require some work and commitment from you.

Before the consultation you will be asked to complete:

  • An online questionnaire

  • Food and mood journal

  • Detailed health history

  • Legal disclaimer

I review all of the above information in detail, prior to your initial consultation, so that we can make the most of our time together.

During your initial consultation we will discuss your paperwork and I will ask a lot of clarifying questions. This will help us to uncover any underlying issues and highlight the areas that need addressing and which functional lab tests are indicated.

You will leave your appointment with an action plan to help you move forward into a happier, healthier life. This may include a combination of both dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Clinical Toolkit

I use a number of clinical tools to help me craft highly individualised protocols to address the underlying issues that may be negatively impacting your health.

Functional Laboratory Testing

I use a number of special lab tests to help identify areas of priority for your healing journey and to track your progress. GI Mapping (detailed gut health assessment), food sensitivity testing, blood chemistry analysis, hormone testing and HTMA mineral balancing (see below) may be recommended, where indicated.

Functional Evaluation

A Functional Assessment is a clinical tool used to determine which organ systems are under stress and how to support those systems with targeted nutrient therapy.  It utilises a range of reflex points and other tests such as taking your pulse
and blood pressure.

We use the Functional Assessment to monitor your progress and adjust your individual protocol, as needed.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

HTMA is an inexpensive and non-invasive analytical test that reflects the different levels of minerals found body tissues, both in absolute terms and relative to one another, including toxic or “heavy” metals.

Mineral deficiencies, excesses and imbalances in the body impact your digestive health, blood sugar regulation, your thyroid and adrenal hormones, heavy metal burden and detoxification capability.

HTMA results can be used to develop highly individualised nutritional and supplemental protocols to address your health concerns and can be used as an ongoing monitoring tool.

HTMA is a useful tool for uncovering the root cause in many conditions including:

·      Fatigue and sleep issues

·      Digestive problems

·      Blood sugar imbalances

·      Stress

·      Mental health issue (depression, anxiety, Pyrrole disorder etc)

·      Cardiovascular conditions

·      Anemia

·      Hormonal imbalances (PMS, endometriosis, estrogen excess etc)

·      Muscle cramps

·      Thyroid disorders

·      Headaches and migraines

·      Osteoporosis

HTMA testing is also highly recommended for anyone who is regularly exposed to occupational or environmental toxins such as farmers, mechanics, metal workers and painters etc.
